La Ferme du Puy Mary is a charming cottage decorated with care, for your comfort, perfectly equipped, spacious, at the foot of the mountains, without vis-à-vis, with the sound of the Liadouze waterfall below

You will feel at home in this house from 1858, restored with quality and comfort while retaining the cachet of the houses of yesteryear in Cantal

The ground floor consists of:

- A glazed wrought iron airlock and cupboards

- A very large room composed of a living room, a dining  area and the kitchen, the parquet floor is oak, the ceiling chestnut, we have kept the exposed stones, the cantou, the stone cornices...

- A toilet

The 1st floor, with pine parquet flooring, consists of:

- A very large bedroom, a 160x200 bed, an office space, 2 windows, wardrobes

- A large bathroom, 2 sinks, 1 shower of about 4 m2, with 2 windows

- A hallway with wardrobe

- A second toilet

The 2nd floor consists of:

- An attic space of a dozen m2 equipped with a 90x200 bed, not suitable for an adult but possible for a child

From the kitchen, you access a terrace of 40-50 m2 equipped with teak garden furniture, barbecue, and above all facing the mountains, the Chavaroche ... and above the Liadouze waterfall which will rock your days

The entrance of the house also has an outdoor space for a breakfast due east
